This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how I LIKE IT PTE LTD (UEN 202201126W), trading as I Like IT — Digital Growth ("ILIA", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

By submitting your personal data to us or using our website at ilikeit.agency (the "Site"), you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this policy.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us, as well as limited technical data collected automatically when you use the Site.

  • Contact details you submit — such as your name, email address, and phone number — when you enquire, request a quote, download a resource, or contact us via WhatsApp or our forms.
  • The contents of your enquiry or messages you send to us.
  • Anonymised, aggregate usage data (e.g. pages visited, device type) collected through privacy-friendly analytics.

3. How we use your personal data

We collect, use, and disclose your personal data for purposes reasonable in the circumstances, including:

  • Responding to your enquiries and providing the services or information you request.
  • Sending you resources, quotes, or follow-up communications related to your enquiry.
  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the Site and our services.
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.

4. Free tools and your data

Our free tools — including the ROAS & Ad Budget Calculator and the Google SERP & Meta Tag Preview tool — run entirely in your browser. Any values you enter into these tools are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

5. Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your personal data to trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting and communication providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. We may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Consent and withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the details below. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing certain services or responding to your enquiry. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal upon request.

7. Access and correction

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete data. To make such a request, please contact our Data Protection Officer. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted under the PDPA.

8. Protection and retention

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks. We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and to understand how it is used. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to measure aggregate, anonymised traffic and performance, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

10. Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee our compliance with the PDPA. If you have any questions, requests, or complaints about how we handle your personal data, please contact:

Data Protection Officer: Brian Tay Ho — hello@ilikeit.agency
